Innovation to
Re-Evolve the World
We believe in an unified data approach to ensure traceability and improve document coordination, supported by specific tools. We use BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology with Revit and ArchiCAD, committing to:
Integration: Incorporating urban planning elements.
Optimization: Real-time updates for enhanced design efficiency.
Coordination: Bidirectional data flows ensure seamless coordination with a single database.
Management and Control: Interoperability for precise cost management.
Construction: Introducing optimal bioclimatic and sustainability techniques from the earliest project phase, optimizing the cost-benefit-comfort ratio.
Future Maintenance: Utilizing AS BUILT models for facility management.
BIM
Building Information Modeling (BIM) in architecture is a digital process that creates and manages detailed 3D models of a building. It integrates data from various disciplines, facilitating collaboration and improving accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. BIM enhances design efficiency, reduces errors, and supports informed decision-making, making it a crucial tool in modern architectural practice.
The digital model encompasses not only the structure and architectural design but also the integrated systems and services, such as electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and others. The digital twin is based on real-time data and can be continuously updated as changes are made to the physical building.
Digital twins are used for various applications, including: Maintenance and Facility Management, Energy Optimization, Simulation and Analysis, and Enhancing User Experience.
Computational Design
We utilize parametric design to control complex surfaces and ensure their execution. By employing advanced software and algorithms, we can manipulate variables to explore a wide range of design possibilities.
This approach allows us to fine-tune details and optimize the structure and aesthetics of our projects. Consequently, we can accurately model and fabricate intricate forms that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Automated Measurements
METHODOLOGY
The working methodology enables the establishment of clear protocols for conducting project development, ensuring transparent traceability and accounting procedures.
CONTROL PANEL
The dashboards display how data is automatically computed and quantified.
MONITORING/CONTROL
Thanks to reports and monitoring, we can ensure that data is accurately quantified, while also monitoring project metrics to meet KPIs. All of this is done quickly and visually.
CDE
Common Data Environment (CDE) web platforms are centralized digital environments designed to store and share all information related to a construction project.
These platforms facilitate collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone has access to the most up-to-date information. By providing a single source of truth, CDE platforms enhance efficiency, improve accuracy in design and construction, and streamline project management. They play a crucial role in reducing errors, minimizing delays, and fostering better communication across all stakeholders involved in the project.
High Quality
Renders & Videos
Renders & Videos
Creation of high-quality images to uniquely present architectural projects, enabling viewers to envision living in these spaces. These images provide a detailed and immersive way to explore the design and functionality of each area, offering a clear preview of the lifestyle and atmosphere.
Creation of videos to uniquely showcase architectural projects, allowing viewers to imagine what living there would be like. These videos offer a dynamic and engaging way to explore the design and functionality of each space, providing a vivid preview of the lifestyle and environment.
Web Experience
At Morph, we meticulously prepare websites that integrate all project content, ensuring a unique, user-friendly, and commercial viewing experience. Our goal is to seamlessly present projects, enhance accessibility, and deliver compelling visuals that effectively captivate your audience.
Virtual Reality Experience
Visualization of the promotion through 360º images, offering a virtual tour experience. Users can navigate through different spaces to explore the entire project. This immersive approach allows for a comprehensive understanding of the design and layout, providing a detailed preview of the future living environment.
Sustainability
Our genetic process incorporates sustainable parameters for our projects. We work with in-house specialists, tools and sustainable certifications which allow us to asses and reduce the impact of our constructions on the environment while while ensuring the health of their occupants.

DIGIN
Digital platform for the management of industrialised building components
DIGIN is a digital platform for the management of industrialised building components and elements. Due to the idiosyncrasy and tradition of the AEC sector, in the design and construction process mainly manufactured components are used, starting nowadays to incorporate industrialised systems in late stages of construction projects. In this context of industrial transformation in which the sector finds itself, the project is committed to digitalization as a means of transformation, accompanied by BIM methodology, to facilitate the incorporation of industrialised components from the earliest stages of design. This platform responds to the need to design information management tools for the elements, helping to implement data traceability from the design phases to the maintenance of the asset, thus improving cooperation of all the agents involved in the process.
This project has been supported by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, as well as the European Union through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and has received funding within the program to support Innovative Business Groups to contribute to improving the competitiveness of Spanish industry under the grant agreement no.AEI-010500-2022b-258, 2022-2023.
BIMBOT
Artificial intelligence applied to
BIM-Enabled Design
BIMBOT is an intelligent design assistant for the AEC industry based on BIM software. It is supported by advanced artificial intelligence methods (soft computing optimization and machine learning) and NoSQL databases. A complete BIM project is obtained as a result of an iterative process: the user sets constraints and priorities by which BIMBOT creates different solutions refined from a catalogue of intelligent objects. Thus, users can create or edit BIM models being assisted by a set of configurable metrics that drive design quality according to their initial preferences.
This project has been co-Funded by EUREKA member countries and the European Union Horizon 2020 Framework Programme under the grant agreement no. CDTI Eurostars E! 12863, 2019-2022.
